You feel like your mind is in a constant state of overwhelm between your responsibilities to yourself, your job, your loved ones. The running to-do list, and “oh, don’t forget” thoughts keep you up at night, making the days feel like survival mode: When will I ever be able to catch up? Will I ever be able to reset and find calm? You feel it in your bones that you need a break to re-evaluate, but you can’t ever seem to make the time. Maybe you hold yourself to expectations that no longer fit your life. Maybe they never did. Whether you identify as being anxious, perfectionist, controlling, or feeling like an impostor in your own everyday life, this is consuming. It’s time to make a change, seek real, sustainable change, take control of these feelings, and carve a new path that honors where you’ve come from while igniting a new excitement for where you’re headed.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Eva, and I would love to help

I help individuals who have felt confined by the “shoulds” in their lives: “I should be a better employee/partner/friend”; “I should be more advanced in my career by now.”; I should be more patient with my kids.”. These “shoulds” came at us slyly, embedded in so many of our experiences and interactions. They are constructions of our upbringing, our culture, our systems of thoughts and experiences. These “shoulds” have created expectations around how we value ourselves and our achievements, the weight we give others’ opinions, a give power to comparison thinking. These “shoulds” often fuel anxiety and don’t allow us to connect with the present or cultivate joy in the lives we’re building. My clients experience change with time and consistency. Having a weekly outlet to process thinking and reflect on behaviors is just the beginning to implementing and experiencing your desired change. I love digging into the details of your thoughts, hashing out experiences, and being a sounding-board, and providing gentle offerings, reframes, and challenges. I integrate evidence-based cognitive behavioral techniques with a solution-focused approach when helping clients achieve the relief they've been seeking for so long. My biggest priority is helping you feel comfortable and seen through an environment of mutual respect, validation, and humor. You know you best and you are the most important person in the room.
